How to index a Blogger/Blogspot blog to Google webmaster tools?
Google webmaster tools is a program launched by Google to help webmasters.
Google webmaster tools helps us to diagnose errors in our blog or site, other wise we are not aware of those errors. By correcting them we can boost our ranking in Google.
Google webmaster tools help us to make Google friendly blog. Sign up with Google webmaster tools to make use of these tools.
when you will sign in with your blogger account(Google account) it will as you to add selected blogs.
Mark blogs you want to enter to webmaster tools Dashboard.
If that blog is not verified verify it by following method.
  • Add a meta tag to your site's home page

    • index blob to webmaster tools
    Copy the code and past it below <head>tags of blogger HTML. (design->Edit HTML) and hit save template.
    After that come to the webmaster tools and click on Verify button
    you will see:
  • Search queries
  • Crawl errors
  • Links to your site
  • Keywords
  • Sitemaps

    • but with no data available. click on Submit a Sitemap below sitemaps.
    submit sitemap as:

  • www.yourblogname.blogspot.com/rss.xml   
    • OR
  • www.yourblogname.blogspot.com/atom.xml
    • submit rss.xml
    Google will take some time to index all your blog posts and pages. Immediately when your blog is indexed all above 5 results will appear. Then it will be so easy for your to diagnose and correct errors in your blog, making it search engine friendly.
